(have you considered resistance training in the gym – pardon the pun but that is the best thing anyone can do).
I used to go to the gym, and had a focus on more cardio (spin and cross trainer), plus muscle building.
I do need to get back into it though. Apart from being good for me, it was a lot of fun.
